If you would like to create a template that you can reuse on multiple projects create a company level inspection template.

And since each project is unique standardized inspection templates can be customized at the project level to capture specific project requirements. At the project level an inspection template and information therein that was created at the company level appears with a golden key icon next to it. Admin level permissions on the company level inspections tool. Creating inspection templates at the project level allows you to easily use the same or similar templates in your project without having to remake them each time. If you want to use a template on more than one project create the template at the company level.
